Question: I know that some kits are as simple as two pieces of metal with holes drilled in them for the bolts, but I'm curious as to know if anyone knows what gauge metal that they are made out of... 
Also, does anyone have larger bits that I can borrow to drill out to bolt holes? I'd like to get this done this month. It's supposed to render 1/4 of my gas tank useless, but also it raises the speedometer up a bit so your not head bobbing everytime you pass a cop to make sure that you weren't speeding...
